Nsofor’s illustrious career began to take shape during his days at Abuja Graduate School where he served as Programme Co-coordinator of the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN)/SURE-P TVET training for Graduate Engineers held in Lagos in February-March 2015. His role in facilitating training sessions for aspiring engineers not only contributed to the development of the workforce but also laid the groundwork for his future endeavors in the field of education.
While in the same role of Business Development Executive at Abuja Graduate School-AGS from September 2014 to December 2015, Nsofor demonstrated his knack for fostering strategic partnerships and driving organizational growth. His efforts played a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of the institution, cementing his reputation as a visionary leader in the education sector.
Prior to his tenure at the Abuja Graduate School, Nsofor served as the South Eastern Nigeria Advocate/AMAC-FCT Administrative Secretary of the Citizens Club of Nigeria from March 2014 to September 2014. During this time, he actively championed initiatives aimed at grassroots empowerment and community engagement, earning accolades for his tireless advocacy and leadership.
Nsofor’s dedication to public service was further exemplified during his tenure as the Admin/Transport Officer at The Presidency SURE-P National Secretariat in Abuja during his NYSC from March 2013 to March 2014. His role in coordinating administrative functions and facilitating transportation logistics underscored his commitment to ensuring operational efficiency and excellence at the highest levels of government.
Beyond his professional roles, Nsofor’s impact reverberated within academic circles as well. As the Networks Manager for the University of Nigeria Book of Fame Project – Who is who in UNN, his efforts in documenting the achievements of distinguished alumni showcased his passion for preserving institutional legacies and celebrating academic excellence.
However, perhaps Nsofor’s most notable contributions lie in his groundbreaking initiatives aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and youth empowerment. As the Programme Coordinator of the 2nd Edition of the 7 Days Work While in School Conference at UNN, he spearheaded efforts to equip over 3000 students with essential skills and knowledge to succeed in the ever-evolving job market.
Furthermore, Nsofor’s role as the Coordinator of the 1st Work while in School Conference in UNN in 2011 marked a historic milestone, as he became the first student in the university’s history to sign an MOU with the institution to implement innovative initiatives aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and career development among students.
His visionary leadership was further showcased during the 7 Days African Education and ICT conference by WORKWIS Foundation and Institute of African Studies, UNN in March 2010. Nsofor’s instrumental role in securing scholarships and donations for the university underscored his ability to mobilize resources and galvanize support for worthy causes.
