African Giant, Burna Boy has made Nigeria and indeed Africa proud, winning a Grammy Award.
The singer picked the award for the Best Global Music Album category, having been nominated for two consecutive years.
His album “Twice As Tall” was picked ahead of albums such as FU Chronicles by Antibalas, Agora by Bebel Gilberto and others.

The victory was announced by the Recording Academy on Sunday, March 14th.
“I know say one day e go better; I go carry grammy, because anything wey better require planning,” Burna Boy tweeted after winning the award.
The 63rd Grammy Awards was held in Los Angeles, and devoid of audience. Performers were separated into
five stages, arranged in a circle inside the Los Angeles Convention Center to maintain social distancing.
