President Muhammadu Buhari has met with governors elected on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The meeting held on Tuesday, August 29, at the State House, Abuja.
In attendance were Governor Abubakar Bagudu of Kebbi State,Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, Governor (Dr) Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State, and Governor Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa State.
Others are Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, Governor Abubakar Bello of Niger State, Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State, Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, and Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, Dr Eric Igwe.
However, what was discussed at the meeting is yet to be revealed.
This is as the governors did not brief the press after the meeting.
