The relationship that has seen the duo of Peter and Paul Okoye become one of Africa’s biggest entertainers is currently been strained.
Recent indications have revealed that the cause of the problem between the twin has to do with their wives.
Pointer to the fact that their was trouble with the brothers (Peter, Paul and Jude) first came to fore when their eldest brother was conspicuously missing at Peter’s wedding to Lola Omotayo with people insinuating that the family did not approve of the former Airtel big girl as a wife material.
However, things were said to have gone from bad to worse when Paul married Anita, as Lola and Anita the two new entrants into the Okoye family began to disagree with each other on ideologies.
This, we heard subsequently led to their individual husband disagreeing on everything from songs to videos and even ideas. It situation got so bad that at a point Peter got angry over how Paul and Jude took decisions on the group matters without consulting him, as if he was inconsequential.
Sources close to the brothers even allege that on Wednesday April 16th, Peter and Paul fought each other physically during rehearsals and had to be separated by their dancers.
While some people would still like to consider the whole thing a rumour it all started to make sense, as Jude’s tweet that after ten years he’s done with P-Square seem to confirm the whole speculation.
Presently, the talk is that Paul has moved out of their Omole home and has asked his lawyers to divide their wealth into two.
A source close to the brothers revealed that the crisis which is bedevilling P-Square who reign supreme in Africa, with collaboration with Akon and Rick Ross started when they got married.
The source, said their marriage turned them from boys to men and Jude could hardly control them. According to the source, the moment Jude lost control it simply meant that the group’s days were numbered. He was however quick to say that it was the same blood that was flowing in their body and as such even if they have a misunderstanding it is inevitable that they will sort it out some how.
Funny enough, the brothers have been running up and down to convince their fans that they are still together and they are not parting ways with Jude. According to them, it is all a rumour.
