Biodun Fatoyinbo Granted Adminisrative Bail

“He is still with us, but I can’t say if he would be released tonight. It depends on if he meets the bail conditions that would be given to him, but he has been granted administrative bail,” Frank Mba, the police force spokesperson said at about 9.40 pm.
According to reports, Fatoyinbo was not the only one interrogated, two witnesses: Mr. Wole Soetan, pastor of COZA Port Harcourt branch; and Mr. Folarin Ogunsola, who is in charge of COZA Lagos branch, were also grilled by the police detectives.
Mba also disclosed that many witnesses had been questioned in relation to the case, adding that the investigation had progressed and would soon be concluded.
Recall that Dakolo had alleged Pastor Fatoyinb of raping her 17 years ago while she was a teenager residing in Ilorin, Kwara State. Her allegation was subsequently backed by other women who claimed they were raped by Pastor Fatoyinbo.
