Despite the controversy over Ice Prince winning the Best Africa Act 2013, at the BET Award ahead of 2face, one fact that the rapper has proved is that he is popular even beyond the shores of the country.
The artiste defeated popular musicians such as 2face Idibia, the duo of Toya Delazy and Donald from South Africa, R2Bees from Ghana and Radio and Weasel from Uganda, to win the category.
However, this doesn’t seem to have gone down well with the artistes’ fans, as they have taken to the social media to express their disgust over the award.
For 2face’s fans, Ice Prince doesn’t deserve the award, as most of them wondered what song or songs he did during the year that could be considered better than what 2face had done.
