The All Progressives Congress (APC) has refuted claims that there is a court order stopping the party from conducting new voters registration in the country.
APC revealed that after a detailed investigation, it could not find records of any such order in the court proceeding for the day the purported order was said to have been granted.
According to the party, no such court order was granted by the court because there was no application made to the court to warrant the granting of such order.
A statement by the party said that the purported court order was erroneously reported. It thus urged members of the public to disregard it and go about their good work of repositioning the party.
