Giving to the needy is not new to the Chairman of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote.
Over the years, Dangote has been committed to humanitarian and philanthropic works, rebuilding the ravaged North East, and recently contributing hugely to the control of global pandemic, coronavirus.
It was in this spirit of giving back that the billionaire businessman opened his purse to dole out N100m to victims of accidents.
Dangote was one of the deep-pocket players who rose to the occasion when it mattered the most contributing a whooping N100m in support of victims of the recent Abule Ado-Soba explosions which left more than 20 dead, and several injured, with properties worth billions of Naira destroyed.
