Aftermath Of Treatment: Baba Suwe Returns To Nigeria

Popular Nigerian comedian and actor, Babatunde Omidina is back in the country.

Recall that the actor had traveled to the United State of America seeking treatment following his dwindled health condition.

His return was announced by self-appointed publicist Yomi Fabiyi in an Instagram post on Wednesday, May 29.

In the post, Fabiyi wrote: “Baba Suwe leaves Hospital in Rhode Island, United States of America and now back in Nigeria. He will continue his final recovery at home.”

Known to be very sick, the rumoured death of the actor led to concerted efforts to raise money for his treatment abroad. He was known to have received N10m from Esther Ajayi, founder of Love of Christ Generation Church. He also received a million naira from the vice president of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo before jetting out of the country for treatment.

He will continue his final recovery at home. Without going into individual details, on behalf of Baba Suwe and his family, I want to thank everyone for playing a vital role. Hopefully, his health restore to full capacity in no distance time, so as to enable him return to the screen. With tears of joy and gratitude, he sends his sincere heartfelt appreciation to you all(Wish I can post this, his mouth is not good there . This update should be the near final public information I will be supplying on this matter. I must thank you all(Nollywood Artists, fans and well wishers especially) for trusting me to give you required updates on this, much valued.

I shall loose no time to supply any further or additional vital information if and when needed in future.

Baba Suwe Survived! He made it and near 100% recovery. Thank you God, Thank you Nigeria, Thank you Nigerians. Return of Adimeru loading by his grace. Continue to pray and support him.
