Leading real estate and property company, Adron Homes, has announced the postponement of its 2024 Adron Games.
The decision was disclosed in a statement released on Thursday, November 28, signed by Adenike Ajobo, Group Managing Director of Adron Homes. The postponement, according to Ajobo, was made in the best interest of participants, stakeholders, and the broader community.
“The postponement is necessitated by heightened security concerns in certain regions that could potentially jeopardize the safety of staff, attendees, and participants,” the statement read.
Ajobo emphasized the company’s commitment to the well-being of its employees, partners, and all involved, stating that safety and security remain paramount. She also noted that the postponement provides an opportunity to reimagine the Adron Games into a more inclusive and impactful sporting initiative.
“As part of efforts to enhance and expand the impact of our wellness programs, Adron Games will evolve into a broader, more inclusive sporting initiative,” Ajobo explained.
The revamped event will aim to foster collaboration, unity, and healthy competition among a more diverse group of participants while maintaining the core values of excellence, teamwork, and wellness that the Adron Games have championed over the years.
Ajobo expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by the postponement and extended gratitude to the company’s staff, participants, partners, ambassadors, and supporters for their understanding and trust.
“Adron Homes remains dedicated to inspiring excellence and fostering community engagement through initiatives like the Adron Games, now and in the future,” she added.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to corporate wellness and the promotion of community well-being through innovative sporting events.
