AGN Refutes Reports Of Junior Pope’s Death, Says He Is Alive, Receiving Treatment

Emeka Rollas, President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria. (AGN), has refuted reports that actor Pope Odonwodo, popularly known as Junior Pope is dead.
Recall that there were reports of the actor’s death in the media circle after it was reported that he drowned in a boat mishap on his way to a movie location in Anambra State.
However, reacting to the incident, Rollas declared the reports as being false.
He disclosed this a few hours after the actor was said to have died.
The AGN President in a post via his social media page, wrote; “What God cannot do does not exist. Junior Pope is alive. He is taking treatment in the hospital.”

Recall that movie maker , Samuel Olatunji confirmed the actor’s death in a social media post.
Sharing the actor’s photo, Olatunji wrote, “Four actors including Jnr Pope fell into Anam River on their way to location and their bodies have been recovered. What a sad day for Nollywood. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Multiple sources confirm this sad development to us.”
