The plenary in the Senate has been disrupted with a rowdy session currently in play.
This follows a motion moved by Senator Olamilekan Solomon over an interview granted by Senator Abdul Ningi to a foreign media house on the 2024 budget and some other matters.
Meanwhile, in a bid to regain control of the Senate, the Senate President has taken to reading the rules and regulations of the Senate, adding that whenever the Senate President is standing, all Senators must sit down and keep quiet.
Akpabio also noted that the Senate President has the power to walk out any Senator from the plenary.
