Fororunsho Alakija Inches Closer To Platinum Jubilee

Africa’s richest woman and billionaire businesswoman, Folorunsho Alakija will add a year to her age in weeks.
The Vice Chairman of Famfa Oil, an upscale oil exploration company with a stake in Agbami Oilfield, an offshore asset will turn 69-year-old on Wednesday, July 15.
Turning 69 will however not be the point to reckon with on the day, but that she inches closer to a platinum jubilee.
Though Alakija’s 69th year birthday will pass without a glamourised celebration, same won’t be her platinum jubilee, as it will naturally be a gathering of who-is-who in Nigeria.
A woman of worth, Alakija is known to make bold statements while celebrating shindigs and nothing less of a world-class event would be enough for her platinum jubilee.
