Falz’s N100million Suit Against NBC Receives Applause From Fans

Fans of indigenous rapper, Falz, have been reacting to his N100million suit slammed on the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC).
Described as a welcomed development by his fans, a lot of them are of the opinion that it is time artistes know the basis for which their songs are banned by the NBC.
Following the ban of the artiste song ‘This Is Nigeria’, Falz had reached out to the corporation seeking reasons for the ban. He however shocked the music industry when he announced that his lawyers had filed a suit in court against the content regulating corporation demanding N100million as damage.
‘This Is Nigeria’ talks about the socio-political ills in the country, but was described as having explicit content by the NBC.
