Real Reason Folorunsho Folarin-Coker Was Sacked
Several speculation and theories have been abound as to why Lagos State Commissioners for Tourism Mr Folorunsho Folarin-Coker was sacked.
Folarin-Coker, was sacked in a recent cabinet reshuffle of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode.
Popular as Folly Coker, the fair-complexioned and eccentric fellow was sacked alongside his colleagues Commissioners for Finance, Dr. Mustapha Akinkunmi and Transportation, Dr. Ekundayo Mobereola.
While several postulations have been made, it is quite difficult to place the reason for Coker’s sack, as he is considered the choice of the “God Father”.

Coker can be likened to a cat with nine lives having served under Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu, before contributing his quota to Babatunde Raji Fashola’s government and subsequently that of Gov. Ambode.
While it remains unconfirmed, there are also speculation that Coker’s investments that were exposed in the leaked Panama Papers might have been too shocking for those whose interest he served, hence the decision was made to allow the whole issue cooldown before asking him to take a bow.
