The disclaimer by Forbes Africa clearly says that it does not endorse, authenticate or validate Lorenzo, stating that it has no affiliations with Lorenzo, a real estate masterpiece.
Lorenzo by Sijimoto is a concept by the young businessman to develop Lagos tallest residential apartment in the upscale Bourdillon area of Ikoyi, Lagos.
As good as it sounded when it was launched on Saturday, December 12, 2015, it has been hit by controversy, as the state government is said to have withdrawn its earlier approval for the location of such a structure in Bourdillon.
Reactions that have emanated since the disclaimer are that Sijimoto was promoting his advertorial in Forbes Africa, as if the medium was endorsing his Lorenzo by Sijimoto concept.
