My Kind Of Fuji Music Is Unique-Mayor Tunde Damendra
Mayor Tunde Damendra, a notable Fuji artist based in Lagos has revealed that his unique style of music is what stands him out.
Speaking in a chat with www.theoctopusnews.com, Damendra, answered thus when asked about the uniqueness of his music, “with Fuji musicians sounding more and more alike any musician who wants to standout must be unique.”
Further, he said “my pattern of Fuji music is quite different from others, because I don’t copy any musician’s style. This has made me standout among my contemporaries.”
Damendra who is a protégé of Bonsue Fuji creator, Dr. Adewale Ayuba went further to reveal the nature of his relationship with Ayuba.
In his word, “Ayuba is my mentor. He was sent to me by God. He has been very supportive to my career, he recently gave me a complete set of musical instrument to enhance my job and this act is very rare among Fuji singers.”
Damendra enjoined his teeming fans to continue supporting him, as he promised not to let them down.
Lanky and dark-complexioned, Damendra recently released an album titled ‘House to House’. The album is currently in high demand among his fans.
