***Emerges First African, Liverpool Player To Score 50 UCL Goals

Mohammed Salah has set a twin football record.

The Egypt and Liverpool FC right-winger emerged the first African footballer to score fifty UEFA Champions League (UCL) goals.

Salah set the record on Wednesday, March 18, when he scored his goal against Galatasaray S.K. in the of the competition.

The footballer who already has 67 senior caps for the Egypt national team since his debut in 2011, could have hit the 50 goals mark earlier, but missed a penalty on the 44th-minute after Dominik Szoboszlai was clipped on the shin by Ismail Jakobs.
