Nigerian Music Legend, 2Face Idibia, was one of the recipients of the awards at the just concluded hip-hop awards popularly referred to as “The Headies”.

2Baba’s “Let Somebody Love You” featuring Roc Nation signed singer Bridget Kelly, off his latest album. “The Ascension” won the award for “Best RnB single” of the year.

It was all smiles as CEO of Hypertek Digital, Efe Omoregbe as well as Annie Idibia, 2Face’s beloved wife, both collected the award on his behalf as he was unavoidably absent from the event.

The night only got better as Sir Victor Uwaifo celebrated 50 years in the industry with a jaw-dropping, heartwarming and chilling performance of his multi-award winning song “Joromi”. The performance was given a standing ovation as Sir Victor Uwaifo kept showing off his guitar handling skills.

Sir Victor Uwaifo was also given the very much coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.

Get ready for Sir Victor Uwaifo’s new album, “Legend Reborn” to be released in the coming weeks.
