The collapsed structure is located on Gerald Road by Musiliu junction, Ikoyi.
Reports say the building was under construction when it collapsed trapping scores of people.
The Public Affairs Director of the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority (LASEMA), Nosa Okunbo, confirmed that the building was a 25-storey one.
Emergency services are also yet to mobilise to the scene at the time of reporting.
