The 2019 Presidential and House of Representatives election has kicked off today Saturday, February 23.
President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife Aisha, casted their votes at their ward in Daura, Katsina state at 8.08am.
Shortly after they casted their votes, President Buhari spoke to the press.
Asked if he will emulate his predecessor by conceding defeat and call his opponent if he loses the election, President Buhari said:
“I will congratulate myself; I am going to be the winner”.
