Why Kiss Daniel Changed Stage Name To Kizz Daniel
Singer, Kiss Daniel, has changed his name to Kizz Daniel. Henceforth, his stage name, the name on his songs and album jacket will read Kizz Daniel.
The artiste has also changed his name on all of his social media platforms. The reason is simply due to his faceoff with his former record label, G-Worldwide.
In his contract with G-Worldwide, the singer ceases to own his records and cannot use his stage name as soon as he stops being an artiste of the label. This is because of the fact that the name was trademarked.
Having dumped the label, they went to court to enforce the contract forcing him to dump his original stage name.
The artiste without any noise changed his stage name to Kizz Daniel. While the new name has been accepted, there are those who still consider it an infringement on the original Kiss Daniel based on the laws of Trade Mark. Time will tell if G-Worldwide will kick against the new name.
