Nigeria’s ambassador to London, Adesola Oguntade was honoured on Monday, March 10.
Oguntade was honoured by the finest of Nigeria’s socialites who travelled to the United Kingdom to celebrate with him.
The likes of philanthropist Rasaq Okoya and wife Sade; Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun; businessmen, Olu Okeowo and Adebutu Kessington among others made Oguntade a happy man.
While the celebration could hardly be termed carnival-like, it was classy with enough drinks and food for guests.
The band which serenaded Oguntade with their performance on his special day also brought a feeling of nostalgia synonymous with Lagos society parties.
