Simi Shines With Omo Charlie Champagne At Industry Nite
Having taken a break from performing on the stages of Industry Nite, former X3M artist Simi recently made a return.
She announced her return performing songs from her recently released album, “Omo Charlie Champagne” at the last Industry Nite which held at “Hard Rock Café”.
Present at the event was her husband Adekunle Gold and musicians such as Brymo, Larry Gaga amongst others.
Opening for Simi was DJ Badus who played both local and international songs to the delight of guests present.
Upcoming artist such as Ruzzy, Kj, Don zez, Evih, and Xtacy had their time before Simi took to stage.
Explaining the songs before performing them, Simi delivered a masterful rendition of songs from her last album Omo Charlie Champagne, first singing ‘Charlie’, a song she dedicated to her late father who passed away in 2014.
She went on to perform songs like Ire, ‘Aimasiko’, ‘Jericho’ featuring Patoranking, ‘One Kind’ and ‘By You’.
Other songs which she performed include ‘Peace’, and ‘Mind Your Business’ before bringing Adekunle Gold on stage for her closing performance of ‘Smile’. Those at Industry Nite did appreciate Simi’s performance.
