See Where Portable Was Taken To Having Failed To Meet Bail Conditions
Controversial singer, Portable has failed to meet his bail conditions having been granted bail by a court sitting in Ifo, Ogun State.
Recall that Portable was arrested after failing to honour five invitations from the police after a petition was written against him by an up and coming artiste, Manny Money.
The Zazu crooner was arraigned for allegedly assaulting a policeman, resisting arrest and assaulting one of his artistes, Manny Money.
He was subsequently granted bail today Monday, April 3, in the sum of N800,000 with two sureties in like sum.
Magistrate A.S. Soneye had ruled that the two sureties, who must reside within the jurisdiction of the Ifo court must also be land owners.
Upon his failure to meet his bail condition, Portable was put in a prison van and transported to Ilaro correctional facility.
The singer is expected to remain in the correctional facility till his bail conditions are met by his lawyer.
