Rochas Okorocha Reacts To Arrest By Imo Police

Former Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha has reacted to his arrest by the police in Imo State.
Okorocha accused his successor, Hope Uzodimma of sending more than 1000 thugs to attack him.
The former governor made the allegation on Sunday, February 21, via his spokesperson, Sam Onwuemeodo.
Recall that Okorocha and some of his loyalist stormed Royal Spring Palm Estate, Owerri, and unsealed it.
The property had been sealed by the Imo State government alleging that it was built on one of the state’ green verges against the lawful master plan.
The estate allegedly belongs to Senator Okorocha’s wife, Nkechi Okorocha.
Okorocha’s spokesperson, Onwuemeodo, claimed that Governor Uzodimma’s Special Adviser on Special Duties, Chinasa Nwanari, allegedly led thugs who stormed the estate and destroyed vehicles in his convoy.
He said Okorocha’s personal aides were also attacked by the thugs.
