The Rivers State Chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, salutes one of its leading lights, quintessential and consummate gentleman, Chief. Barr. Dumo Lulu-Briggs as he clocks the age of 54.
A statement signed and issued to journalists today by the party’s Spokesman Senibo Chris Finebone said: “Rivers APC is pleased with Dumo’s uncommon humility, generosity and compassion for all.
