President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sworn in the newly appointed Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) commissioners and members of the Board of the Code of Conduct (BCC).
The president disclosed this via his official X handle @officialABAT today, Monday, May 12.
Speaking after the swearing-in ceremony held at the State House in Abuja, Tinubu encouraged both the commissioners and the members of the board of code of conduct to uphold the highest standards of integrity in their roles and actively contribute to the advancement of both organisations.
According to him, their efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of electoral processes and promoting accountability, ultimately benefiting the nation as a whole.
