Police Exposes Fake Whistleblower

The Nigerian Police has exposed a fake whistleblower in Zamfara State.

Named Nasiru Garba, the fake informant attempted to mislead the security operatives in Zamfara state.

Legit.ng reports that the informant told the state police command that a house in Gusau, the state capital, has become a shrine and location for all sorts of evils and cult activities.

However, following an investigation by the police, it was revealed that the informant had grudges to settle with some highly placed government officials in the state, and thus executed his own mission in order to achieve the predetermined agenda.

The state police commissioner, Usman Nagogo, who briefed newsmen on the issue, said an investigation conducted by the police, revealed the agenda of the fake informant.
