Celebrated socialite and Chairman of Retro Construction Company Limited, Otunba Lekan Osifeso is popular as a successful businessman.
Aside from playing largely in the construction industry with one of his construction older companies Lekai Construction, the man has other business interests spanning several industries.
However, one industry that the Olotu Olowa and Madasa of Ijebuland has not played largely in is the banking industry.
However, he appears to be spreading his tentacles there, having been recently spotted at the transition ceremony of Parralex Bank from a microfinance bank to a commercial bank.
Though the link between the bank and the socialite remains unknown, there are speculations that the fair-complexioned man might be one of the investors in the fast-emerging financial institution with Olufemi Bakre as Managing Director and Adeola Adejoke Philips as Chairman.
Also present at the event where Osifeso was spotted were Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro, former Executive Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Ernest Ndukwe, investment banker, and Chief Executive Officer, Chapel Hill Denham, Bolaji Balogun.
