Naira Marley Lectures Muslim Fans About Fasting

Controversial Nigerian musician, Naira Marley has taken time to lecture his fans about the one month Islamic fast.

The singer who is known for his vulgar lyrics took to Twitter to reveal that there is more to fasting than not eating or drinking.

In a post on Twitter, Naira Marley said: “Fasting is only 1% of not eating and drinking, the rest of the 99% is bringing your heart and soul closer to Allah.

Azeez Fashola known by his stage name Naira Marley was born a Muslim several years ago in Agege, Lagos State.
