If you think falling on the stage of the All African Music Award (Afrima), was Seyi Shay’s biggest flop as a musician then you are in for a surprise.
Speaking during an interview, she revealed that her worse showing as a performer on stage was in Huston Texas.
Seyi Shay revealed that on the day she completely forgot the line of her song and simply stood on stage clueless.
Her words, “My worst experience was probably at the Theatre Centre, Huston, Texas. I got on stage, my dancers, band and everything was ready. I forgot my words, I forgot my own songs, so I just stood there and let the music play for almost the whole song and just swayed and just smiled. Everybody was dancing, but I caught up, but it was quite bad because it messed up the tempo and vibe for the rest of my performance.”
