The EFCC has confirmed that the Managing director, Petroline Global Solutions Limited, Kubiat Jones, has been convicted for issuing dud cheque of N7.034m to a client.
Kubiat Jones was declared wanted by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) in connection with issues bordering on fraud back in February this year.
Kubiat Jones is an indigene of Rivers State, born on 2nd March 1968 (48 years old). Until his conviction, he was the Managing Director of Petroline Global Solution and Turner Construction Ltd.
