Is this the Remi Tinubu we know?
Politics has a unique way of changing the simplest of persons.
Four years back, when Senator Remi Tinubu celebrated her 50th birthday in Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos, many wondered how she would cope with the dirty terrain of politics, as she was just setting foot there.
Many saw her as a true Christian who would fail as a politician because of her religious inclination, as she was expected to frown at the intricacies of politicking.
Senator Tinubu’s situation was also not helped by the fact that her father in the lord, Pastor Enoch Adeboye was always keeping abreast with developments in her life, a fact she acknowledged at the celebration.
However, years down the line and with more experience at the senate, Senator Tinubu seems to be blending into the ways of politicians, as her deliberate snub of Senator Bukola Saraki during his election victory at the Red Chamber has become a more popular talking point than anything she has done since becoming a senator.
