Insecurity: Governors To Meet In Aso Rock

A meeting of all Nigerian Governors is slatted for Aso Rock, Abuja, on Wednesday night, February 17.
The governors will meet with President Muhammadu Buhari under the alias of the Governors’ Forum (NGF).
Expectedly, the purpose of the meeting is centered around the prevalent insecurity in Nigeria.
The meeting is expected to hold at the State House Conference Center, in Abuja.
According to NGF’s head of Media and Publicity, Abdulrazaque Bello-Barkindo, the purpose of the meeting which is scheduled for 8 pm will be on security.
The meeting is coming on the heels of the recent abduction of an undisclosed number of students in a raid by suspected armed bandits on the Government Science College Kagara in Niger State.
Recall that a former Senator, Shehu Sani had on Wednesday, February 17, confirmed the attack on the school which is his alma mata.
In a Twitter post, the activist stated that some staff members of the institution were also abducted by armed men.
