The candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State will be included on the ballot paper.
This is according to a statement released on Friday, February 22 by its National Commissioner and Chairman, Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye.
Okoye was quoted saying that the electoral commission decided to include Zamfara APC candidates following a ruling delivered on Thursday, February 21 by the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja.
Recall that the electoral commission had initially refused to enlist the party candidates in all the elections for the state over irregularities in the party’s primaries conducted in October last year.
