Grammy Nomination: Reactions Continue To Pour In For Burna Boy

Music lovers in Nigeria have reacted with excitement to Burna Boy’s Grammy Award nomination.
The singer whose real name is Damini Ogulu was nominated in the ‘Best World Music Album’ category for his album ‘African Giant’ .
Since the nomination, fans have been reacting positively to the development on social media with congratulatory messages following the Afro-fusion star.
The list of the nomination was on Wednesday, November 20.
Reacting to the nominations, Burna Boy via his twitter handle @Burnaboy, “African Giant is Grammy Nominated! Its been a crazy day, so Grateful.
“Special shout-out to everyone on the album from the producers to co-producers to featured Artists to Engineers.
“I appreciate all your input to making the album. We should all be very proud. #grammys #GRAMMYNoms.’’

Burna Boy named himself ‘African Giant’ having slammed organisers of the Coachella Music Festival for writing his name in small fonts in the event’s promotional posters.
