Primate Elijah Ayodele has warned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu not to make Rabiu Kwakwaso his running mate in the 2007 presidential election.
Primate Ayodele stated this in a recent church ministration, adding that if Tinubu picks the former Governor of Kano State as his running mate, he would lose the election.
Primate Ayodele said: “Don’t make Kwakwaso Vice President, if you make him Vice President, you will lose.
“Don’t remove Shettima, but Shettima is 90 percent gone. Tinubu will pay for it if he removes Shettima.”
Primate Ayodele further added that Shettima might not be too productive, he can cause problems for Tinubu. He also warned Tinubu not to make Akume the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), stating that if Akume becomes the party Chairman, APC will lose 80 percent of the 2027 election.
