Details Of Obi Cubana Release From EFCC Detention Facility
Following the arrest of socialite Obi Cubana for tax fraud and money laundering by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), details of his release condition are now emerging.
Obi Cubana whose real name is Obinna Iyiegbu was arrested on Monday, November 1, and has since been granted administrative bail.
A source close to the case confirmed that the socialite had been granted bail but was yet to perfect the conditions attached to the bail for his release.
“Yes, he has been granted bail but he is yet to meet the conditions for his release” an official said.
