How Davido’s Friend DJ Olu Really Died

The death of Gbemiga Abiodun popular as DJ Olu has been shrouded in confusion.

However, the maze surrounding the death of the son of billionaire businessman Dapo Abiodun who died along with his friend Chima Ameachi might be unraveling with findings by the Nigerian Police surfacing.

According to the Lagos State Police Commissioner, Edgar Imohimi, substances suspected to be hard drugs were found in the car of the deceased.

While the police are yet to conclude that this was the curse of death, the likelihood is indeed possible. Imohimi, said the substances found will be analyzed to determine if they are indeed hard drugs.

His words “They were found dead in the garage. Some substances suspected to be drugs were found in the vehicle. But in any case, autopsies would be carried out to know the cause of death. There were no marks of violence on their bodies. Let the autopsies explain the cause of death. The substances will also be analysed. We need expert opinion and it is being done.

Both DJ Olu and Chime were found dead on Saturday, October 7, in a BMW car number plate, KJA 631 AY, at the underground garage of Block B, Banana Island, Lagos, according to a report by Punch.

Meanwhile, DJ Olu’s girlfriend Ajay who is the last daughter of Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, has sent him a farewell message via Snap Chat wishing him well, as he watches her from heaven.
