Coronavirus: Buhari’s Cousin, Mamman Daura Flown Abroad For Treatment

There are reports that a nephew of President Muhammadu Buhari was flown abroad for urgent treatment on Wednesday, August 19.
Sahara Reporters report that Mamman Daura showed symptoms similar to Coronavirus and was immediately flown abroad.
According to the publication, Daura was flown to the United Kingdom (UK).
“Daura, 79, was said to have been flown in a private jet to the UK on Wednesday after exhibiting respiratory difficulties with symptoms similar to Coronavirus since last Friday,” the report reads.
Daura made the trip though the ban imposed on international flights to curb the spread of Covid-19 has not been lifted.
A Presidency source however told SaharaReporters that since Daura is not a government official, it would be wrong to expect any reaction from the government.
