Elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clark has found his way back into the good books of his people.
In the past, the elderly man had been criticized for many things including his style of politics and comments.
However, it is presently his time to shine, as he was the major figure projecting the interest of the people of Niger Delta to President Muhamadu Buhari.
Chief Clark led a team of stakeholders and leaders from the Niger Delta including Senator Florence Itagiwa to a two hours meeting with the President on issues for dialogue.
During and after the negotiation, Chief Clark is expected to play a major role that is hoped will change the region. How far the man will go before returning to the other side of his people once again remains to be seen.
