News Relief for Femi Fani-Kayode Published 9 years ago on November 20, 2014 By The Octopus News Admin . George S. Patton’s quote “I don’t measure a man’s success by how high he climbs but how high he bounces when he hits bottom” quite fits Femi Fani-Kayode presently. Having faced severe tribulations in recent times the former Minister of Aviation is bouncing back and fast too. He is currently heaving a sigh of relief having been discharged of 38 out of the 40 amended count charge of money laundering brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in 2008. The presiding judge, Justice Rita Ofili Ajumogobia, gave her judgment saying that EFCC had not provided any evidence that proved that the former minister had in anyway laundered money through fictitious business transactions. According to her, the prosecution had failed woefully in proving that he was guilty in all the charges brought against him. Fani-Kayode, has no doubt bounced back.
