Exclusive: How Comedian, Woli Arole Cracked Ooni Of Ife, Adeyeye Ogunwusi’s Ribs

Details of how popular comedian Woli Arole recently crack the ribs of the Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Ogunwusi has emerged.

The drama played out at a recently held event in Lagos State which had notable personalities and monarchs in attendance.

While Ooni Ogunwusi was the chairman of the organization that putt the event together, Woli Arole was one of the comedians employed for the event and a brand ambassador to the host company.

Upon ascending the stage, Woli Arole, acknowledged and prostrated for the monarchs in the event.

However, the comedian took personal interest in Ooni Ogunwusi as he asked if he knew what his nickname was on the street, and answered “Ladoski” as guests burst into laughter.

As if that was not enough, the comedian went on to seek permission from the monarch, as he said that he had something to say to the Ooni of Ife. Upon getting the permission he sought, Woli Arole went on to compare the Ooni who recently married seven wives with Solomon, insinuating that the Ooni would marry more wives than the King in the Bible.

His comment attracted laughter all over the hall including from the Ooni who later called the comedian and whispered a few words into his ear.
