I Intend To Nuture More African Talents-Attifaya

For some fast-rising Nigerian musicians, setting long term goals for their music craft is something they may need to reflect on before giving a desirable response, but such is not the case with Afro-beat/British hip-hop musician and songwriter, Destiny Eghomwanre.

In a chat with us, AttiFaya, who just released his debut EP, “Faya Vibes” was quick to unequivocally spell out the short and long term goals of his career.

He said; “I intend to take over the world with my music. I will like to travel the world, change lives with my music and ideals. I’ll also like to nurture more African talents. So many people have helped in nurturing me to this stage and I hope to do the same too.”

Recalling some of the challenges of stardom, AttiFaya said: “For an indie artist like me, one major challenge is getting funds for my projects. Another thing is getting the recognition I deserve, but I’m going to change that narrative for sure as I know it will come in due time.”

Crystallising what music actually means to him; he noted that “Music is my life, making music makes me happy and I express myself through music. I make music for happy moments; anyone who knows me can testify that I’m the type who is happy to be around. I spread positive vibes wherever I find myself so I let that reflect in my music. Although I go through hard times, I always look beyond that and focus on the brighter side.
