Femi Gbajabiamila’s Worthy Celebration
A celebration at the wrong time begets criticism.
Ask Femi Gbajabiamila and he would tell you about the criticism that he got for buying his wife Salamatu an exotic birthday gift when she turned 50th.
The man, however, got an opportunity for a worthy celebration recently when he turned 57 years old.
Adding a year to his age called for a celebration, but there were other reasons to celebrate.
Having had an eligibility case brought against him thrown out of court coupled with recently being elected Speaker of the House of Representatives, Gbajabiamila had enough reasons to roll out the drums.
Indeed, this is a worthy celebration.
