Simi, Back On Track

Songstress, Simi’s poor showing during her most recent concert in Lagos State can now be forgiven.
Having had a crappy show, she took to social media to apologise, begging concertgoers to forgive her. She also urged them not to judge her by that performance.
The X3M artiste has however returned in a big way, carting away one of the most impressive awards in Africa.
Dwarfing a lot of A-list artistes in the music industry including Burna Boy, Simi as she is fondly called emerged the winner for the 2018 Future Awards Africa Prize for Music.
She joined other artistes such as Davido, Yemi Alade, Olamide and others who have won the award. In 2017, Davido picked the award, while it was for Yemi Alade in 2016. The award went to Olamide in 2015. Simi is definitely back on track
