AFRIMA Gives Tekno A Worthy Nomination
The reactions that trailed Tekno’s nomination in the Next Rated category of the 2016 Headies was legendary.
Music pundits and the singer’s fans wondered why an artiste whose songs had all been a hit could be nominated in such a category.
However, respite has come for Tekno, as he has been nominated in a category worthy of an artiste in his level.
The Made Men Music Group (MMMG) act was recently nominated alongside Wizkid, Davido, YCee, Runtown and others in the Best Male Category West Africa of the 2017 AFRIMA Awards.
Typically, the winner of the category will face fierce competition, as all of the artistes in the category have had a good showing in the years in review.
