Primate Elijah Ayodele has paid tribute to his mom on her birthday.
In a self-signed statement, Primate Ayodele noted that on the special day of his mother’s birthday, he lifts his voice in thanksgiving to the Almighty for the priceless gift of his beloved mother.
“On this glorious occasion of her birthday, I celebrate not only the day of her birth but the countless ways her life has been a fountain of love, strength, and grace,” Primate Ayodele said in the statement.
He further eulogised the celebrant, saying ‘Mother, you are a woman whose quiet sacrifices speak louder than words, whose unshakable faith has been a shield for me, and whose love has reflected the very heart of God. The seeds you have sown in prayer, patience, and compassion cannot be measured, yet their fruits surround me every day. I carry them in my spirit, even without recounting them one by one.
‘You have been my guide, my encourager, my intercessor a woman of wisdom whose life reminds me constantly that “a virtuous woman is a crown to her household”
Primate Ayodele noted that his mother’s journey is a testimony of God’s faithfulness, adding that her unwavering support remains a treasure that words cannot fully express.
Praying for his mother, he noted thus: “On this day, I decree and declare:
“May the Lord continually satisfy you with long life and peace (Psalm 91:16).
“May your strength be renewed like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).
“May your latter years overflow with joy, favor, and divine health (Job 8:7).
“And may generations yet unborn call you blessed because of the legacy you have built in love and godliness.
“Happy Birthday, my dearest mother. I honor you openly, I love you deeply, and I thank God endlessly for choosing you as the vessel through whom my destiny was birthed. Today, we rejoice in you, and we celebrate the goodness of God upon your life.”
