Fuji musician, Kwam 1, is currently swimming in a controversy involving ValueJet Airline.
The musician is not new to controversy because he has had his fair share.
It would be recalled that popular actress Bisola Badmus had publicly accused him of neglecting their son and stopping communication with her. Also, he was trailed by a kissing controversy, after he allegedly declined a kiss from his wife, Emmanuella Ropo, at his birthday party.
He presently being alleged violating airport security rules at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, while trying to board a ValueJet plane.

According to FAAN, an altercation occurred on Tuesday, during boarding procedures for a ValueJet Airlines flight (Flight VK 201) headed to Lagos.

A statement sighted by The Octopus News signed by Director, Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, FAAN, Obiageli Orah said: “Preliminary investigations confirmed that the passenger was scheduled to board the morning flight to Lagos operated by ValueJet Airlines (Flight VK 201).
“During boarding, the passenger attempted to carry an unidentified liquid substance on board despite repeated warnings from Aviation Security personnel and the flight captain.

“In accordance with international aviation security standards, specifically, Nigeria’s National Civil Aviation Security Programme and ICAO Annex 17, liquids exceeding 100ml are not permitted through security screening unless medically necessary and properly declared. The passenger was informed of this regulation but reportedly declined to comply.
“As the boarding continued, an airline security officer asked the passenger to step aside for further clarification. The passenger allegedly refused and spilled the contents of the flask on the officer, which turned out to be alcohol. The flight captain intervened but faced similar resistance. After confirming that boarding was complete, she instructed the closure of the aircraft door,” FAAN added.
Further, the statement noted that the situation further intensified when the musician moved to the front of the aircraft and refused to vacate the area despite repeated requests from airline personnel. “He was ultimately escorted away by the AVSEC crime unit for further investigation, after which he was released.”
Interestingly, since a video showing the musician narrowly escaping death after he quickly dodged the wing of the aircraft he was about to board, Nigerians have been asking several questions.
One of the questions is how the musician passed the screening section with the alcohol and was not arrested before getting to the boarding section of the airline.
Another question that is begging for an answer is who approved the plane for taxing and takeoff while the musician was still in front of the plane?
Thirdly, is ValueJet unconscious of the fact that had the musician not hastily dodged, he would have been smashed and killed by the wing of the plane?
Question number four is what sort of pilot set out to fly with a human standing by the wing of the plane?
The most important question Nigerians have been asking is: Was Kwam 1 trying to prevent the plane from taking off by standing in front of it?
